Dear All,
thanks so much for the positive comments and suggestions for improving
the Moon module.
I will be adding the new features soon.
In the meantime, here is the link to another module of activities
for you to look at and try out.
http://unawe.org/joomla/images/teachers/%2Aeng_a.pdf
This one is simply entitled Day and Night and deals with the sort of
'first introduction to the earth as a planet' that we saw in our
recent workshop with Susan's and Ravi's presentations. (You will see
that I have actually tried to incorporate the spirit if not the
delivery of Ravi's activity in "What is up and what is down?")
I can't reiterate it enough;
- I am always eager to hear your comments and criticisms.
- Are these activities useful/entertaining/effective for your
community?
- Are the ingredients difficult to source or unsuitable for your
country?
- Do you have better alternatives for introducing the concept of Day
and Night?
Things are always being added/improved as we we go along; the idea is
for these activities to evolve. The main thing is for us at the
international office to reflect and serve your needs.
I hope to hear from you soon,
Sarah
