You are of course free to browse the gallery at will.  If you want to use
these images, check the "License" link, which will tell you what uses are
permitted for that particular image. All these images are available for
use for International Year of Astronomy (IYA) 2009 events, many are free
for anyone to use - it was up to the maker of the image to decide this so
they're all different.
