[AstroNet] 2012 transit of Venus (Soutpansberg Astronomy Club: Makhado)

Greetings everyone,

The Soutpansberg Astronomy Club in Makhado (Louis Trichardt), will set up two telescopes to observe the transit of Venus early in the morning on Wednesday 6th June.  Everyone is welcome so please feel free to join us from 05:30am.  

Sunrise on the day is at 06:36 with the transit ending at 06:54, so weather permitting there will be a few minutes towards the end of the transit that we should be able to observe.
