[AstroNet] Soutpansberg Astronomy Club: Stargazing evening 13 April 2013

Hi Everyone,

The Soutpansberg Astronomy Club will hold its monthly meeting/stargazing evening on Saturday 13th April from sunset onwards.  Come and catch some last evening views of Jupiter and its moons before it moves to our morning skies.  The giant ringed planet Saturn rises in the opposite side of the sky and is a fantastic object in any size telescope.  The constellations Leo and Virgo are well positioned for viewing with lots of deep-sky objects including galaxies millions of light years away.  Join us for an evening of stargazing, everyone is welcome, and hot and cold refreshments will be available.
