I have scoured my archive and I have found the article that Jan Hers produced. This is the best documents I have available on my computer. In my physical archive, kept at UCT Archive, are the original notes and the comprehensive report. To access this you need to go to UCT and request the documents.
Can you please sent it on to the person concerned.
