[AstroNet] Launch of the European Regional Office of Astronomy for Development

 Dear colleagues

It gives us great pleasure to welcome the newest OAD regional office - the
European Regional Office of Astronomy for Development - into our global
Astronomy-for-Development family. This will be the 10th office that we
coordinate globally and the first one in the so-called "developed world".
