A special word of thanks the SpoCs who sent us the translations for the
IYA2009 trailer and, by doing so, will help us to disseminate the
mission and goals of the IYA2009 in many different languages. We are
working hard to have all the trailers available for download on line
very soon. Thank you for your patience and collaboration. <br>

<b>3. Cornerstone Projects</b><br>
<i>Universe Awareness</i><br>
A message from Carolina Odman, the UNAWE Cornerstone Project Chair:
“UNAWE is the only IYA2009 cornerstone programme specifically developed
for children. As such, we wish to convey the vision of IYA2009 to all
children of the world. Here, we illustrate how we envision to interface
with the cornerstone projects to bring them to the youngest astronomers
among us:<br>
