face="Times New Roman">Weather permitting the Soutpansberg Astronomy Club in
Louis Trichardt will hold their first stargazing evening on Saturday
25<SUP>th</SUP> January from sunset onwards.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The Club’s stargazing evenings are open
to the public and everyone is welcome.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>One of the targets for the evening will be Jupiter with the GRS and a
shadow transit by Ganymede visible.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>A few of the deepsky targets will include, the galaxy NGC
<st1:metricconverter ProductID="1232 in">1232 in</st1:metricconverter> Eridanus,
the globular cluster NGC 1261, the double star zeta Reticuli, as well as
favourites such as M42, M1 and NGC 2070.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
