Earth Hour is an international attempt to raise awareness of global
warming and energy issues - the WWF is asking everyone to turn off their
lights for one hour (8:30pm to 9:30pm local time) on Saturday 28th
March.  Also a good chance to see some stars!

The Earth Hour website (link from above) also has some nice video clips.
